At school we celebrated Ancestors Day. The idea I liked best was the class that dressed as a baseball team from the days of Negro League Baseball. Teacher and aide were coaches. Their team was the Detroit Stars.

Ah the joys of writing

The second book Company Mole is in the final stages of editing. Sadly the artwork is long overdue. I'm hassling the publisher and they are hassling the artist. The editor tells me she loves the story and is really excited. I'll just wait to see how much "red ink" appears of the edited version.

The publishing deadline for Company Mole is looming ever closer.

The sales of Teen Valour are beginning to pick up. One interesting development is that the local borough libraries are giving copies of Te… Continue

A Message from Randy Kazandy, a new hero for children.

Hi! I'm Randy Kazandy. A long time ago, mom said I had to get my eyes checked because I would bump and trip on anything left out. Everyone laughed because I couldn’t catch balls. I cried a lot. Best costume ever

One year when my children were young we all went as ladybugs. It was so easy to make-red fake fur, black felt for the dots and a black cap with pipe cleaners for the head. We all looked pretty good and the best thing was we could actually walk and sit down comfortably.
